Kettlebell Training lets you reduce overall training time- How many of us have time to fit cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training into our already packed schedules?  With Kettlebells, you combine all of these into one super effective workout!

Kettlebells will lead to greater fat loss- Kettlebell training increases your metabolism by building dense muscle mass.  It also develops power-endurance by using ballistic movements and burns tons of calories!

Kettlebells deliver unparalleled cardiovascular benefits- By using two different actions, resistance and overall body movement, a Kettlebell workout challenges your muscles in a way that a cardio workout alone can’t do.

Kettlebells rehabilitate and prevent further injury- Research has shown Kettlebell training to prevent or reduce all types of arthritis,  increase shoulder mobility and flexibility, and make joints less prone to injury by strengthening tendons and ligaments.

Kettlebell Training is great for general conditioning- Because the body is working as a unit, KB Training mimics natural human movement, and offers the most functional training possible, making everyday activities easier.

Kettlebells are different from dumbbells and barbells- In order to control the weight in a Kettlebell workout, your body must use stabilizing muscles that aren’t utilized fully in other strength training modalities.

Kettlebell Training increases mental focus- Training with Kettlebells requires precise body movements that must be performed sequentially, leading to improved coordination and mental focus.

Kettlebell Exercises are easy to learn- Kettlebell movements are simple and you can start performing them right away.  Everyone can and should be doing it!

Kettlebells work your entire body- Glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps, inner thigh, calves, abs, back, shoulders, arms… Kettlebells get it all.  Whole body compound movements like those used in Kettlebell training are known to be better for improving muscle tone and overall strenth than single-muscle isolation

Kettlebell training allows you to never miss your workout- We all know how busy people are today. Kettlebells allow you to train anywhere, the local park, beach, outside or inside.

Kettlebells are fun!- Isn’t it about time you tried a workout you actually enjoyed?
